Branch Profile
The Establishment Branch of the Office of The Deputy Commissioner is a branch that looks after all matters pertaining to general administration of the Deputy Commissioner's establishment. General administrative matters involving personnel, administrative reforms, implementation of office rules etc are handled by this branch which is headed by an Addl. Deputy Commissioner/Assistant Commissioner as per orders issued by the Deputy Commissioner and is assisted by a dealing assistant and Gr-IV staff as well as staff from other branches depending on the issue at hand.

- Matters related to pay and allowances of personnel
- Maintaining tour diaries of officers and staff
- Matters related to Administrative Reforms Commission
- Correspondence with Personnel Department and General Administration Department, Govt. of Assam
- Matters related to departmental exams and training of office personnel
- Matters related to Assam Ministerial Service Rules, 1967
