Apply for Bakijai Clearance Certificate

Overview

Bakijai Clearance Certificates are legal document required for various official works. The document/paper is mandatory to be attached with other documents at the time of filling Nomination paper during Autonomous Council Election/Assembly Election/Parliamentary Election.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Any Indian citizen of 18 years or above.
2. Required set of documents has to be submitted.

Documents Required

1. Original Affidavit
2. Scan Copy of up to date and revenue payment receipt
3. Scan Copy of Court fee stamp
4. Passport Sized Photograph
5. Any Other documents (if any)

Procedure

Applicant will have to submit application as per the standard format prescribed, which can be downloaded below, at the Public Facilitation Centre (PFC) of Deputy Commissioner's Office, Haflong, Dima Hasao. The application must be complete with all relevant documents attached with the same, list of which has been detailed in the previous paragraph. The applicant, after satisfactory evaluation of his/her application, shall be issued the Bakijai Clearance Certificate.
